On December 1, 2023 Kia Polska together with WIONET Poland celebrated an important milestone. This year, we are about to complete the first 100 Workshop Manuals translated and localized to Polish.
Poland is the first Kia market in Europe, which decided to localize Kia Workshop Manuals on a regular basis. Since starting the project in 2007, the Polish Distributor continues to support its Authorized Dealerships with localized service content. Over the years, this consistent approach resulted in increasing the brand’s Fix It Right First Time Rate, and improving Kia customers’ experience.
Kia Polska Ownership Experience General Manager Krzysztof Bielski and Kia Polska Service Department Manager Grzegorz Szustakowski received WIONET Certificate of Achievement from WIONET Poland Country Manager Maciej Gąsiorkiewicz and WIONET Business Development Manager Uwe Hannes.
